What an amazing year 2010 has been for me. I was able to be among the first to meet 26 brand new little people as they began their journeys this year. I am truly humbled and honored and grateful for everyone of my wonderful clients who have welcomed me into this most special and fleeting time in their families’ lives this year. Looking back over the images from this last year, I am reminded yet again of how truly unique and beautiful every single baby is, how much he or she is loved, and just how much personality and potential is crammed into each of those tiny, new little bodies.

Thank you so much for making 2010 such an unforgettable year.   2011 promises to be just as wonderful, and I cannot wait to meet so many clients who haven’t even been born yet.  Just as an announcement, the focus of Jessica Washburn Photography will be shifting to primarily newborn sessions next year.  I will continue to book maternity sessions for newborn clients, as well as follow-up baby sessions for my newborn clients, but I will not be booking family sessions in the new year (with the exception of those already booked–not to worry).  I look forward to a year of snuggling, soothing, lots of laundry and sweet baby perfection–can’t wait!
